Job Overview:

The Senior Strategic Analyst will be responsible for leading complex analysis and strategic projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.  This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Data Interpretation: Develop and interpret complex data models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the strategic planning and analysis function.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic analysis, business consulting, or a related role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting.
