We are hiring a Technical Product Owner-Remote. 

The Technical Product Owner is accountable for managing the product backlog to meet business and customer needs, represents stakeholders, and helps the team stay aligned with the product roadmap(s). This individual will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, Engineering Delivery Leads, and cross functional business teams to define product requirements, negotiate functional trade-offs, investigate compliance matters, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Planning:

1. -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and legal requirements, user needs, and trends within state administrator market.

2. -Research content for the product roadmap that best represents state and user market needs and how we may transition from our current device state to meet those needs.

3. -Prioritize features and create user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.

4. -Maintain detailed state certification calendar and firmware execution plan with 12 months visibility.

5. -Work with Engineering Delivery Lead(s) to translate the firmware and hardware compliance product plans into executable tasks.

6. -Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact product delivery.

Requirements Management:

1. -Gather and document detailed technical and non-technical product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding by all team members, translating into technical details for contributors and layman terms for leadership and cross-functional teams.

2. -Work closely with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria for all stages of releases and how those will be measured and monitored.

3. -Work with other development groups to ensure solutions fit within our overall business architecture, or new architecture changes are driven in IT, customer service, service centers, sales, legal, and compliance.

Team Collaboration & Release Management:

1. -Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and prioritization.

2. -Create and manage a product request intake process that allows for visibility, review and prioritization amongst the larger product prioritization activities.

3. -Create updates, schedules, presentations, etc. as necessary to communicate the plan, status and intent of business and compliance quality improvement projects, and solicit feedback to ensure cross-functional plan acceptance.

Quality Assurance:

1. -Collaborate with our QA team to ensure that developed features meet the specified requirements and acceptance criteria.

2. -Track user acceptance testing (UAT) closely to validate that the product
