Action seeks an onsite High Rise General Manager for Grande South located in the heart of San Diego, California.
About the RoleAs a General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the community, demonstrating leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will also be the expert consultant to the Association and the Board of Directors on all matters related to California Common Interest Development law, high-rise requirements, and more.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Expert Consultant: Guide the Association and Board on California Common Interest Development law, Davis Stirling, Civil Codes, and high-rise building operations.
- Strategic Planning: Drive both short-term and long-term planning to ensure continuous improvement.
- Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate an exceptional staff to exceed residents' expectations.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 3-5 years of onsite HOA high-rise General Manager experience. Urban high-rise experience is a plus.
- Certification: CMCA certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
- Skills: Strong Knowledge of budgets, audits, reserve studies, bidding processes, and Association governing documents. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective presentation skills, and outstanding time management abilities.
