Project Manager / Business Analyst Data Automation & Compliance

Project Overview:

The project involves the automation of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for our client, focusing on improving reporting efficiency for both Belgium (BE) and the Netherlands (NL) through Keystone Solutions consultancy model. The successful candidate will be performing these responsibilities on-site at the client location as part of our consulting team.

Reporting Frequency:

• Two reports per country

Project Scope:

• The project covers both Belgium and the Netherlands
• Key contacts include:
  • Business contacts will encompass Life Retail (TA & OPS), Data Life, P&C, Claims, Complaints, and S&D.
  • Technical contacts will involve the Data Office for data disposal and  Tech department for potential internal development as needed.

Challenges:

• Data is currently gathered manually, requiring significant time from the business side to complete the templates before submission to Compliance, who then forwards them to the group.
• Some data or combinations of data are not readily available and need to be created or compiled, which might include developing or adapting current IT tools in collaboration with Tech department.

Required Role:

• A Project Manager/Business Analyst profile is needed to analyze challenges and interact effectively with both business and technical teams.
