Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Flightline Readiness Tech Inspector Managers (Level K) to join the 737 Program Quality team supporting Moses Lake on a variable shift.

 The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of aerospace Flightline, Change Incorporation and a passion for operational excellence, as they play a pivotal role in safeguarding Boeing’s reputation for world-class aircraft finishes

Position Responsibilities:

  • Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

  • Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

  • Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System

  • Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

  • Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of 3 years of QMS (Quality Management System) experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment

  • Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate

  • Experience using Systematic Problem Solving

  • Lean or Continuous improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with the Material Review Board (MRB) Process

  • Flightline experience (internal or external)

  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication and teaming skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Summary Pay Range: $112,200 - $151,080
