M3 is now entering its first chapter of international ownership under Banyan Software, combining three decades of deep regulatory lock-in with the operational and AI expertise of a global software group.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>You will join M3 Informática directly as CEO, reporting to a Banyan Operating Leader with full operational authority over how you run the business.
