Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery Tools

About this role 

With Transcarent, each Member gets paired with a dedicated Guide - a real person to help them achieve their best health and take the hassle out of navigating and coordinating their care. We obsess about delivering an exceptional Member experience. Our NPS is 90+ and our Guides are the ones who make that happen.   

As the PM of Care Delivery tools, you will create the platform and tools needed to support our Guides to ensure each Member receives the most effective, highest quality and personalized service consistently. You will partner with our health guides, care and travel coordinators, and clinicians to deeply understand their need and create intuitive products and tools needed in collaboration with engineering and design to enable streamlined workflows, efficient task completion and optimum care delivery. 

Your north star is to maximize the satisfaction and efficiency of our health and care delivery team, which will ultimately drive higher NPS and outcomes for our Members.   

What you’ll do 

You will bring operations, people and technology together to create delightful software for our internal teams. In this role you will -   

• Collaborate extensively with our care team to understand their goals, needs and processes  
• Partner with the services and clinical leadership team to define processes, workflows, data models and tools needed to deliver software tools for our teams 
• Manage the PED (Product, Engineering and Design) POD roadmap, priorities and sprints to deliver a high velocity of impactful features 
• Evaluate 3rd party tools and platform that we could leverage or integrate with to enable seamless workflows with provider systems and partners 
• Be a trusted partner for our care teams through outstanding collaboration and effective communication and consistently delivering on our timelines
• Define, measure and deliver the KPIs that we should optimize as a business through this platform
• Manage the delivery and rollout processes from UAT, demos and training and rollout to internal teams. 

What we’re looking for 

You empathize and collaborate with our Care delivery teams to enable them to do their best work ever. You feel accomplished when they are excited to use the software you created for them and are able to make a meaningful impact on our Member’s lives with little to no effort.  

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a similar role enabling delivery of care 
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple engineering and product teams 
• Expert at stakeholder collaboration and management. You have great listening skills, and are kind and humble to work with 
• Adept at synthesizing varied needs and inputs and making a decision. You use first principles to make a decision and have a strong bias for action
• Experience building on top of a CRM platform (e.g., salesforce) or EHR a huge plus
• You are highly motivated by outcomes and passionate about your craft
• Know-how and agency to navigate complexity and succeed through ambiguity
