It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Facility Coordinator DACH &amp; BENELUX, who will be placed in Düsseldorf Diesel Head Office.</p> <p> </p> <p>Main activities and responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintenance agreement management &amp; platform Work Order managing</p> </li> <li> <p>Budget monitoring</p> </li> <li> <p>Participates into new budget process.</p> </li> <li> <p>Weekly retail manager meeting</p> </li> <li> <p>Regularly meeting with supplier to reviews the service provided</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintenance compliant with the local regulation</p> </li> <li> <p>Participates into the project phase with Store planning</p> </li> <li> <p>Participates into the opening process with other departments</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinating PPM, Callout, Cleaning services on all OTB buildings</p> </li> <li> <p>Participates and promote sustainability and efficiency projects</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing PPM Security system</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and action Security needs for the buildings with other departments</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Main requirements:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or other Technical Subjects</p> </li> <li> <p>Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (use of AutoCAD is an advantage) </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Time management skills</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Fluent English, German</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic Dutch speaking an advantage</p> </li> <li> <p>Italian speaking as an advantage but not mandatory</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
