Job Role: Technical Account Lead - Data & AI

You must possess.

· 15 - 18 years in Data & AI services as an Account Lead

· Strong client engagement skills to drive business outcomes & incremental account revenue.

· Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

· Deep expertise in Azure, Fabric & Databricks as well as other niche Data & AI technologies

· Design & Implement Enterprise Data Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure/Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

· Data Governance & Security: Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools).

· Proven leadership in Data Strategy, Modernisation, BI, Analytics & AI

· Proven experience in data & AI projects for insurance & financial services clients

· Ability to lead distributed teams in complex matrix organisations

· Proactive in managing Data & AI delivery challenges

· Ability to work with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams throughout deal pursuits
