What you'll be doing:

• Organize daily business needs into comprehensive and easy to digest communications for floor management

• Promote effective communication within the RA group to implement, filter, summarize reporting across the department to resolve, call out issues and celebrate wins

• Develop tracking structures that enable 24/7 cohesion between Shift Managers and cross functional teams 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Training, Facilities, Operations, etc.) to identify and capture risks and to develop risk-mitigation strategies

• Manage hiring budget and shift allocation

• Maintain and expand on current processes to support current efforts and expand to new initiatives and teams 

• Develop a system of oversight for Shift production and surface findings to leadership 

• Meet with stakeholders to discuss project statuses and goals

• Work with the Central RA team to improve scaling strategies

What you must have:

• Extensive experience with google sheets, Excel and other project management tools like Smartsheets, Jira & Confluence

• Some experience with communicating and interfacing with a large scale operation (bonus points if it is 24/7!)

• Track record of driving project execution across an operations org and job functions

• Detailed-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Consistent track record communicating effectively from individual contributors to executive leadership

• Effective at building consensus across different functions

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

Bonus points!

• PMP certification

• Experience with contract workforce management

The salary range for this position is $129,200 - 190,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
