Job Description:

What Youll Do

Provide operational and risk management support to the Payment Services Business Risk and Internal Controls (BRIC) Complaint Management initiatives. Perform key responsibilities such as: Support stakeholders across the business, Monitor and analyze complaint data to identify key trends, develop internal and external reporting (including regulatory reporting), Develop project plans, project management, and management updates, Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role of management.

How Youll Do It

  • Effectively engage and collaborate with business line management and subject matter experts.

  • Create and modify high level and detailed project plans. Assess risks to plans and develop strategies to mitigate risk. Execute and track projects and manage initiative to achieve overall goals and objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the complaint data. Use multiple analytical techniques to understand performance trends.

  • Develop presentations to report and inform various constituencies on the status and issues associated with assigned projects.

Qualifications Youll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Law, or related field

  • 6+ years Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Accountant, Law, Risk or Related

  • In Lieu of Education Experience10+ years Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Accountant, Law, Risk or Related

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Law or related field.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
