The Laboratory is a large test facility for high voltage products with a variety of non-routine electrical and mechanical test procedures. Its main purpose is to perform high quality testing, both in the development of new products, and in certification of the products for the global market. The clients to the Lab come from both Hitachi global organization and external Hitachi companies.</p><p></p><p>Being a part of the Maintenance Team at the High-Power Laboratory is an important and interesting challenge and a key role to keep the Laboratory operation at the forefront.</p><p></p><p>The team, that consists of approx. 5 persons, handles the maintenance support of the full Laboratory plant. The maintenance was insourced 1 Jan 2025 and is currently in a development stage with new system etc. <span> Responsibilities</span> also in new projects and installations, as well as decommissioning of old equipment. The Laboratory have a large electrical installation, rotating machines, pressurized gas facilities and other various systems in the approximately</p><p>15.000 m2 large area.</p><p></p><p>We are very interested in learning more about you and what you can contribute to, so we encourage you to apply even if not all requirements are met. Being part of the new maintenance organization in our unique environment, with systems and machines, is where your experience and personality will be the final piece.<br/> </p><p><b>How you´ll make an impact</b></p><ul><li>Drive a planned maintenance within the Laboratory, serving our labs and clients in the best way possible.</li><li>Understand and support the need from the Laboratory units, then drive the actions that need to be taken.</li><li>Work with and develop our maintenance process.</li><li>Support projects and the testing Labs with resources.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and the overall development of the Laboratory.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your background</b></p><ul><li>Technical competence with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent acquired competence.</li><li>Fluent Swedish language is a priority; good English is needed.
