The Opportunity: 
Are you ready to lead financial strategy for some of the most impactful global pharmaceutical brands? Astellas is seeking a highly experienced Global Strategic Brands Finance Lead to join our Warsaw office. This is a senior leadership role that directly influences global brand performance, investment decisions, and financial strategy across our commercial portfolio. You will work closely with Global Strategic Brand Heads in Marketing and Medical, and lead a small team of finance professionals to deliver value, insight, and financial excellence. This is more than a finance role — it’s a strategic partnership opportunity to shape the future of healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities: 
Performance Management

• Lead brand budget reviews and support lifecycle management decisions.
• Track brand performance using KPIs and financial reporting tools.
• Guide regional finance teams to manage risks and opportunities.
• Recommend strategies for revenue growth, margin improvement, and medical investment impact.
• Support target-setting across commercial divisions in alignment with global brand strategy.
• Ensure disciplined expense management for Global Brand Strategy teams.

Strategic Partnering

• Act as financial advisor to Global Brand Strategy Heads and New Product Planning.
• Align financial resources with brand priorities to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with regional VALUE delivery finance leads and partners in Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Value Evidence.
