Job Description
Client Operations & Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with all clients..
- Provide support in Client Pre-Analytical activities such as:
Lead client test ordering processes: LabPort, e-requisitions, standard test requisitions, Pathtec, and data interfaces - Support the lab with resolving specimen issues
- Support logistics processes both internationally and domestically
- Leads the client supply shipping and collection supply programs.
- Provides and maintains client training tools
- Supports the lab and Quality Assurance in gathering and presenting pre-analytical and quality assurance metrics
- Provide support in Client Pre-Analytical activities such as:
- Provide laboratory administrative support; answer the phone, ordering office supplies, performing client notifications.
- Initiate, investigate, close, track, trend and verify effectiveness of actions with the QMS components, such as complaints, events (including deviations, waivers and investigations), audit corrective action records, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Identify high level trends that have an impact to the organization and escalate the issue/incident appropriately.
- Serve internal and external customers as a consultant. Assist management in addressing business needs in quality or regulatory areas by guiding identification of cause, finding best solution, supporting implementation and monitoring.
- Perform duties and tasks in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring accurate documentation and conclusions.
- Assists in billing activities such as billing review, updates, client inquiries and the billing of ancillary services such as logistics and supplies.
- In order to meet Eurofins’s quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins’s quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications
Basic Minimum Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Life Science, or Business Administration preferred
Basic Minimum Work Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a laboratory and/or regulated industry.
- Ability to work effectively under the expectations of a Quality System.
- Advanced analytical and problems solving skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, e-mail required.
- Ability to work in controlled environments.
- Highly developed organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Positive individual and a hard worker.
- Able to build and deliver presentations.
- Quality Auditor certification (ASQ or equivalent) desired.
