Project and Sales Support Analyst I

Position Summary:

 

The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst I provides support to our project teams ensuring they are set up for success. The role is key to ensuring that all of our projects are properly set up and maintained in our consolidated work planning system.  The role requires consistency in the set up and monitoring of the data by driving improvements in the quality of existing data, and for ensuring that the systems and processes for collecting and managing our project controls are well established and fit for purpose.

 

Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities:

 

• Setting up new Opportunities and Projects in in our time reporting system
• Run the Proposal Analysis Tool (PATs)
• Collate and issue supporting documentation to the Proposal Approval Workflow (PAW)
• Create opportunities / quotes within C4S for QAA processing.
• Creating WIAC’s where requested by the Project Manager
• Monitoring and updating Work In Advance of Contract (WIAC) schedule
• Also looking at project reporting for budgeting/framework completion rates, etc.
• Supporting project teams in financial and administration functions
• Logging and monitoring legal requests within the legal portal and raise any issues as appropriate.
• Reviewing weekly utilization reports and taking action where appropriate
• Working closely with the Bentley QAA team where required to resolve any issues.
• Supporting project governance activities
• Support other PMO functions where required including producing regular and ad-hoc reports and providing evidence for annual external audits.
• Providing support to our Resource Managers
• Training Project Managers on Cohesive project management methodology and tools
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based in the US.
• The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
• There is no travel required with this role.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

• 2 to 4 years’ project management experience
• Proven ability to work both on own initiative and collaboratively.
• Good communicator with high standard of written communication, verbal, and numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to work with large data sets with good problem-solving skills and ability to apply commercial and strategic awareness to problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience in identifying potential internal business process improvements.
