Position Summary

The Associate Project Manager (APM) will play a key role in supporting strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the Strategic Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow in the project management field. The APM will work closely with senior project managers and cross-departmental stakeholders to help drive project execution, improve workflows, and maintain high standards of communication and documentation across programs such as our SaaS initiatives and Strategic Partnership Initiatives (SPIs).

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, documentation, and tracking across multiple strategic workstreams
• Coordinate meetings, take clear notes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and flag risks
• Help streamline project workflows, documentation practices, and reporting processes
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across Strategic Operations and PMO programs
• Provide support on ad hoc operational needs and special initiatives as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ months of relevant internship, project coordination, or team support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Confluence, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Skills & Experience

• Exposure to marketing technology, or project management frameworks
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Interest in pursuing professional certifications (PMP, EXIN Agile, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured PMO environment
