Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Studio41 team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive forklift and assist in moving merchandise around
• Handyman skills helpful
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly, non-confrontational manner. Service with a smile!
• Verify each delivery is complete on the truck before shipping or receiving into the warehouse
• Review delivery with the customer and get sign-off that all product was delivered and received in satisfactory condition.
• Contact store manager immediately with any problems or issues that come up with the customer
• Stock product that has been received, pick customer orders, organize and reface stock on shelves, clean and maintain warehouse, or perform other tasks as requested by store or warehouse managers.

Requirements

• One to two years warehouse experience preferred
• Clean driving record and background check required
• Lifting requirement minimum fifty (50) pounds.
• Fluent English required, Polish or Spanish desirable.
• High school degree or equivalent required.Responsibilities:

• Process transfers and receiving orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records with the appropriate teams
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Answering phones
• Able to work Saturdays
