Administrative Assistant to the Surgical Services Leadership Team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Of Orange in Orange, CA. This is a full-time position that will work on-site supporting the leaders of this extremely busy department.
Provides a high level of clerical, analytics, and administrative support to the Surgical Services Leadership Team. Ensures effective and efficient management of the office and provides support to the entire Surgical Services Division. This position requires knowledge and use of complex analytics. This position requires the ability to function with a great deal of independence and the ability to perform at a high level in a dynamic environment with various duties and non-clinical projects within a limited time frame. Requires thorough knowledge of company policy, organization, personnel and services.

Required qualifications:
- 3 years of Clerical/business administrative experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
