Position Overview:
Our Plumbing department is seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Plumbing Estimator Lead with 2-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review all upcoming commercial projects and specifications/drawings and assign project to the Estimators.
- Oversee vendor quotes for upcoming jobs to bid and communicate with vendors on deadlines for quote requirements.
- Maintain bid lists for upcoming jobs being quoted and track completed jobs.
- Secure and oversee "Buyout" quotes from vendors, convert, and scheduled job handoff meetings.
- Enter bids, orders, credits as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to help to resolve customer questions or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities as they relate to commercial sales.
- Update and maintain files including bid files, pricing, catalogs, literature, etc.
- Other administrative and sales functions as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or sales administrative role, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate through email and phone daily.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time, without stress.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the department, as well as external departments.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to branch location.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While a largely sedentary role, some lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds may occasionally be required.
