We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Performance Senior Manager to lead and elevate the performance analytics of efood Logistics. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, analyzing performance data, identifying key improvement opportunities, and leading a team of analysts to implement impactful solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our logistics team and contribute directly to our company's success.

What you’ll do:

• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of last-mile delivery, including efficiency, cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the analysis of complex logistics data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.

• Formulate data-backed recommendations and develop innovative solutions to improve logistics processes and enhance delivery performance.

• Oversee the development and implementation of detailed project plans.

• Manage and mentor a team of Logistics Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Partner closely with peers, operations teams, technology teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.

• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and findings on logistics performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics function, proactively seeking and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

What you’ll need:

• Deep understanding of logistics KPIs, reporting tools, and business analysis methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.

• Strong operational and strategic acumen with the ability to think logically and quickly, considering multiple dependencies.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in logistics operations, performance analytics, or a related field, with a significant focus on last-mile delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree (MSc/MA/MBA) is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English

• Experience working in the last mile delivery industry is a significant advantage.
