In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a broad and complex contract portfolio spanning SaaS and professional services agreements, data licensing agreements, software licenses, and vendor and counterparty agreements. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and strategic partners while coordinating closely with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance internally. The ideal candidate brings domain fluency in financial operations and enterprise software—enabling faster ramp time and higher-quality negotiations—and a track record of building scalable legal operations processes in a high-growth technology environment. Effective contract management is a critical driver of Arcesium’s growth and risk posture.</p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-size: 18pt;">Responsibilities</span><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Drafting, reviewing, and redlining a full spectrum of agreements, including SaaS and professional services agreements, data licensing agreements, software license agreements, and vendor and counterparty contracts</li> <li>Negotiating legal and commercial terms directly with clients, vendors, and partners, and escalating risk and non-standard positions to internal counsel with appropriate context and recommendations</li> <li>Maintaining a centralized, accurate contract repository; tracking key obligations, renewal dates, and expirations; and ensuring timely action on all milestones</li> <l
