About the Role:

Trace3 exists to lift the lives of our people, partners, clients, and communities. To that end, the Director of DEI will serve as a strategic partner responsible for expanding on and developing a modern and forward-looking DEI strategy, including creating comprehensive programs and action plans to accomplish DEI goals. This new role will report to the SVP, People & Organizational Health, and will work with leadership to drive a culture where differences are celebrated and leveraged to drive better business outcomes. Will require a leader who quickly builds and manages relationships and brings an enthusiastic fresh perspective as they help influence change across Trace3.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • In partnership with leadership, will develop a comprehensive DEI vision for Trace3, including a multi-year strategy, goals, meaningful short and long-term KPI’s, and action plans to improve the diversity of our workforce and inclusive culture.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Cisco to connect DEI initiatives between the two organizations and leverage Cisco’s African American Partner Community (AACPC) to source talent and delivery capabilities when appropriate.
  • Meet quarterly with Cisco to review progress on Trace3’s & Cisco’s DEI initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote DEI within the company with a focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse workplace.
  • Develop employee and manager development/education around diversity, equity, and inclusion and monitor, advise and build action plans related to key DEI metrics.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Cisco to further enhance Trace3’s diversity recruiting strategy to build a pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Collaborates with Services Operations and Cisco to establish key diverse technology consulting and services delivery partners to leverage for client projects when needed.
  • Partners with our internal ESG and Partner Management team to build strong partnerships within our industry to ensure a sustainable future and improve the communities in which we live.
  • Consult with functional leaders across the organization to build on DEI goals in governance, leadership pipeline, awards, and recognition.
  • Report and consults senior leadership on metrics for DEI programs and services to measure impact for underrepresented groups at Trace3.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other executive leadership team members to ensure that internal, and external messaging promotes transparency and reflects our commitment to DEI.
