The Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) program is hiring multiple Community-Based Care Kitchen Surveyor (Client Care Surveyor) to join our Community-Based Care (CBC) team in Tigard, Oregon. This position will work in the community and in the office, you will rarely work from home.

Salary Information: Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) members in the executive branch (except AEE and AFSCME Parole & Probation) will get a 6.95% base salary increase and will pay a 6% employee contribution to PERS. Employees who are not yet PERS members (AA) will also get the 6.95% pay increase and start the 6% contribution when they join PERS (AP).
The step you start at will depend on the Equal Pay Analysis for the Client Care Surveyor
AA: $5,575 - $8,550 Top Range
AP: $5,965 - $9,143 Top Range
Summary of Duties
As a Community-Based Care Kitchen Surveyor, you will:
Conduct on-site in the community annual kitchen inspections according to state protocols, guidelines, and time frames.
Review previous kitchen inspection reports for compliance history. Observe infection control practices and food preparation according to Oregon Food Sanitation rules.
Interview Person In Charge, facility administration, and kitchen staff.
