About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our Escondido Health Center.
Please Note: this position is a bilingual-required-position. We are only reviewing applicants that are English/Spanish bilingual.

This role is considered Full-Time/Fully-Benefited and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California.

In this role, you’ll get to:

- Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
- Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone therapy).

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives who:
- Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
- Are eager to work in an environment that supports the agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Demonstrate compassion in providing patient care and supporting staff.
- Are willing to jump in to help with coverage if need be.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required for this role).
