Description
PingWind is seeking a The Junior Microsoft Systems Administrator who is responsible for managing and supporting the company's Microsoft-based systems and infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.
Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Three years of progressively responsible experience in server administration, including supporting and managing servers in a production environment.· Two years of experience identifying and analyzing server requirements; planning the design and deployment of new technologies and upgrades· Three years of progressively responsible experience in desktop support and administration, including supporting, troubleshooting, and managing workstations, monitors, VTC, and printers· Three years of experience with installing software, patching software, and troubleshooting software configuration.· Two years of experience with printer support and maintenance· Three years of experience with equipment inventory management and turn in process.· Three years of experience serving as a team leader working as both part of a team and independently to assign/review immediate tasks, set priorities, maintain task progress, validate team members work consistent with the organizational goals and deadlines.
