Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Undertake complex business process mapping of current and future processes of the branches within the Corporate Services portfolio.
- Analyse existing processes and systems for issues and opportunities for improvements in accordance with business strategy, risk and compliance requirements. This includes modelling new processes or specifying new functions.
- Initiate and undertake complex analysis and research activities and formally develop, document and present recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Work with Output Managers, Senior Managers and Subject Matter Experts to implement new and improved business processes.
- Manage projects in relation to business process re-engineering, systems enhancement and change management.
- Develop policy and prepare high level documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, flow charts, business cases and procedures.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships and strong communication links with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant industrial award or agreement and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
Desirable Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business analytics, human resources, finance or law.
