We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead cost management and supply chain initiatives for our Interiors Cargo division in Jamestown, ND. As a key individual contributor, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance across our Sustaining and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. As a Senior Supply Chain Manager you will oversee the timely receipt of materials, collaborate with suppliers to resolve any disruptions, and manage processes to support effective procurement. You will make strategic recommendations to optimize procurement, control costs, and manage commodity pricing.

There is a strong preference for this role to be Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in Jamestown, ND. However, a remote option may be considered for an ideal candidate. This role may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do:

• Cost Management & Strategy Execution: Oversee cost management efforts across all Cargo programs, including Sustaining and NPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Business, and Central Functions to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP).
• Project Management: Lead multiple projects under the project management umbrella, focusing on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), engineering requirements, aerospace qualification and specification, and global sourcing.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage all aspects of supplier relationships to support our procurement strategy. Ensure timely material delivery and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations. Review price trends and manufacturing processes to optimize cost and supply chain efficiency.
• Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Forecast and mitigate risks related to supply continuity and capacity challenges. Manage resolution of supplier and customer concerns, ensuring products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are cost-effective.
• Operational Excellence: Direct and manage schedules, purchase orders, and contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliver operational results. Continuously improve processes and make strategic recommendations for procurement and cost management.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience managing supplier relationships, International Sourcing, and an understanding of costing principals
• Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive Industry
• Engineering Degree or Engineering experience
• Experience with project management and process improvements
