Radiology Program Manager

Oracle is in search of a skilled Program Manager to lead global oversight of our Oracle Health Radiology Information System product across all of our multi-tenant stakeholders. Serving as a crucial link between customers Radiology departments, Radiologists and Radiology techs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows while meeting the specific needs of our multi-tenant stakeholder space.
Career Level - IC3
Spearhead the global configuration and workflows of the Oracle Health Radiology Information System, aligning it with organizational standards, providing synergies across our mult-tenant stakeholders, and providing education when needed.
Undertake ongoing maintenance and support of Radiology, troubleshooting technical issues, applying updates and modifications, and upholding data integrity and security.
Provide comprehensive education to Radiology departments and staff, conducting client calls when necessary, generating user documentation, and offering ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.
Continuously evaluate identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams.
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, IP development teams, Consulting, support teams and healthcare professionals, leveraging excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and coordinating system changes or updates.
Additional Responsibilities:
Evaluate and approve/deny global Radiology changes that may impact multi-tenant customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Radiology workflows and stay abreast of industry standards. Utilize Radiology experience to enhance system implementation and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
Oracle Health Radiology Information System Knowledge Required: Strong understanding of healthcare operations and radiology workflows. Familiarity with medical imaging terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Hands-on experience with Oracle Health Radiology Information Systems (formerly Cerner Millennium RadNet). Knowledge of system functionalities, configuration, and integration with healthcare systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in system implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience in system integration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and software updates. Familiarity with SQL databases and scripting languages is advantageous.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance through data analysis, and troubleshoot problems. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in configuring and maintaining the Oracle Health Radiology Information System product. Ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Nice to have Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Radiology Informatics Professional (CRIP) or certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
