At WBNS-TV, you'll be a key, hands-on operator, working closely with the Production Lead to maintain efficient and high-quality daily productions for news, marketing, and sales content. We're looking for a reliable team member who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced news environment.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Execute the technical requirements for all live and recorded broadcasts, ensuring clean and professional output.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operate complex production systems, including switching software (e.g., vMix), audio mixing boards, and teleprompter systems.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Setup, position, and operate robotic studio cameras and adjust studio lighting based on direction from the Production Lead or supervisors.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical issues related to production equipment during broadcasts.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist the Production Lead in organizing and preparing technical elements for special events and breaking news coverage.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the implementation of standard operating procedures to maintain workflow efficiency and broadcast quality.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain effective technical communication with the newsroom and engineering departments to ensure systems are operational.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on studio and control room equipment, reporting complex issues to engineering.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commit to continuous, high-quality technical support for live coverage of breaking news and community events.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in broadcas
