Senior Member of Technical Staff (89543)

Responsible for microarchitecture development and specification - from early high-level architectural exploration through micro architectural research and arriving at a detailed specification. Develop, assess, and refine RTL design to target power, performance, area, and timing goals. Perform validation to support test bench development and simulation for functional and performance verification. Performance exploration and correlation to explore high performance strategies and validate that the RTL design meets targeted performance. Work on design delivery, including working with multi-functional engineering team to implement and validate physical design on the aspects of timing, area, reliability, testability and power. 

Education:

• Master’s or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field 

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. 

Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

• Design, propose and oversee the analysis/evaluation of hardware architectures.
• Designing and coding RTL modules written in Verilog / SystemVerilog.
• Simulating and performing hardware-based testing, debugging, and verification.
• Scripting and basic software development in support of hardware design.
• Applying Agile development methodologies including code reviews, sprint planning, and frequent deployment.
