Group Product Manager, Signals and Identity
The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco
You will lead the product strategy for Signals and Identity within Moloco Ads, building the foundational capabilities that help our machine learning systems better understand users and deliver more relevant recommendations.
This includes defining how we:
- Build and scale a durable, privacy-conscious identity graph across users, devices, and environments
- Evaluate and combine first-party, platform, and contextual signals
- Translate identity and behavioral signals into stronger recommendations, targeting, and personalization
- Measure the quality and incremental value of signals based on their impact on model performance and advertiser outcomes
Your work will directly influence recommendation, targeting quality and advertising performance across Moloco’s ecosystem.
The Opportunity
As a Group Product Manager at Moloco, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning, identity, large-scale data systems, and performance advertising. You’ll partner closely with engineering and data science to define and execute a roadmap that turns data and signals into measurable business impact.
This role requires a first-principles thinker who can navigate technical complexity, define strategy in ambiguous problem spaces, and connect platform investments to downstream product and business outcomes. You will own a critical horizontal layer of the ads stack and help shape how Moloco uses identity and signals to improve relevance and performance in a privacy-conscious world.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 9–12 years of experience, with 8+ years in Product Management
- Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, identity, recommendation, or data-driven products end-to-end
- Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into clear product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of identity resolution, user or device graphs, behavioral signals, or recommendation systems
- Ability to work closely with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams on technically complex products
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating noisy, incomplete, or probabilistic data
- Ability to connect platform and data investments to customer, model, and business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and globally distributed teams
- Experience in ad tech, identity, targeting, personalization, recommendations, or machine learning systems is strongly preferred
- Track record of building and scaling B2B products, ideally in high-growth environments
