CertaPro Painters is seeking experienced commercial painting subcontractor crews to join our team and start working immediately throughout the Denver metro area.

We offer steady work opportunities, organized project management, on-time pay, and treat our painters with respect.

Projects may include:

• Commercial interiors & exteriors
  
  
• Retail spaces and office buildings
  
  
• HOA & multi-family properties
  
  
• Warehouses & industrial spaces
  
  
• Tenant improvements
  
  
• Specialty coatings, staining, and clear-coating
  
  

We are looking for experienced crews with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Preferred experience includes:

• Boom lifts & scissor lifts
  
  
• Working at heights
  
  
• Commercial jobsite safety practices
  
  
• Drywall repair & texturing
  
  
• Level 5 finish work
  
  
• Carpentry
  
  
• Staining & clear-coating
  
  

NICE TO HAVES:

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  
  
• Lift certifications
  
  
• Experience working in occupied commercial environments
  
  
• Lead-safe/RRP experience

MUST HAVES & Expectations:

• LLC
  
  
• General Liability Insurance
  
  
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance
  
  
• You will operate as a subcontractor (1099)
  
  
• Crew Lead must be present throughout the project
  
  
• Crew Lead OR someone on the crew must speak conversational English for communication purposes
  
  
• 5+ years of professional painting experience
  
  
• Reliable vehicle
  
  
• Professional-grade equipment (sprayers, ladders, drop cloths, etc.)
  
  
• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
  
  
• Professional communication with project management regarding scheduling, progress updates, and jobsite issues
  
  
• Commitment to jobsite cleanliness and safety practices
