Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising specific tasks or functions of a non-technical nature, often involving complex projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Excellence: Ensuring all activities align with project commitments and specific objectives while maintain the highest quality and productivity standards to meet client deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with project personnel, providing day-to-day coordination, and ensuring seamless workflow transitions between functional areas, both within our team and external contractors.
- Planning and Documentation: Assisting the project manager and/or client in preparing work schedules, man-hour estimates, and delivering well-crafted management or program plans, maintenance instructions, cost reports, and related documents.
- Security Focus: Safeguarding sensitive and critical information through effective use of administrative tools and providing operations security protection when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the development of manuals and other documentation, as well as generating status and task management reports for your area of responsibility.
- Facility Management: Managing project facilities as required to support our operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with program or project coordination, with recent expereince within the last 2 years.
- A bachelor’s degree in a field related to the to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Desired:
- Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that validate the completion of all developmental training and experiences for this role.
- Familiarity with Counterintelligence (CI) or military systems and operations, HR and leadership.
- Exceptional ability to analyze information, even when it is incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, showcasing your ability to take initiative.
- Strong collaboration skills, including the capacity to work effectively with out Intelligence Community (IC) members, facilitating information sharing, collection efforts, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in producing concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
- Leadership skills, enabling you to lead teams in tacking multifaceted or critical problems while guiding the selection and application of analytic methodologies.

Target Salary Range
