Door Person For Luxury Apartment Building

Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking a Door Attendant with experience in working in luxury residential communities.

The Door Attendant is responsible for the entrance lobby reception area at the property. The position includes:

• Greeting all guests
• Assist residents and guests with questions regarding building and facilities services
• Assist residents and guests with luggage, packages, and bags
• Providing exellent customer service to all incoming and outgoing guests and residents
• Parking vehicles when needed

Pay: $15 Per Hour

Shift Available:

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7am-3pm

Thursday & Sunday 3pm-11pm

Requirements

• Must be capable of handling variety of responsibilities
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests
• Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who wants to enter the premises
• Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity/neighborhood
• Must be able to stand for long-periods of time
• Must be pleasant and patient enough while operating the doors repetitively and is capable of working outside whether it's cold, rainy or hot weather.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must pass comprehensive background check
