About the role
Job Summary: We are looking for bartenders to work in both our on-site Frankie's bar and grill and event bars in our conference center.

Responsibilities

Approach each guest with a positive and friendly manner.

Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner

When taking orders, have a complete knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing

Interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner

Clear, clean, and prepare tables
- Escalate guest service issues to management if you are unable to resolve

Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service

Complete daily duties along with other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience preferred but not required

Experience in hospitality preferred

Possess basic math skills and cash-handling

Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
