The Job:
As a Manager, Cybersecurity Supply Chain and Third-Party Risk you’ll be part of our Cybersecurity Office (CSO) team located virtually. You’ll get to:
- Be part of a global supply chain transformation.
- Lead and support a holistic Cybersecurity Risk Management Supply Chain program.
- Provide domain expertise in reducing/mitigating cybersecurity risks in supply chain operations.
- Manage the Third-Party Security Risk program at SBD
- Collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization including Information Technology (IT) / Operational Technology (OT), Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, etc.
- Be at the forefront of cybersecurity trends with the mission of achieving cybersecurity supply chain resilience.
- Synergize people, process, and technology to deliver high-impact results and mature the program.
- Integration with various teams to address risks with third-party suppliers, the procurement and logistics of hardware and software (i.e., Internet of Things (IoT), Operational Technology (OT), etc.), product security, etc.
- Support periodic assessments and control activities driven by Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

- A keen understanding of supply chain objectives with demonstratable experience in implementing risk management and resiliency measures.
- A high-level understanding of relevant laws and regulations and how they influence decisions in supply chain operations and in selecting/implementing risk reducing controls.
- A cybersecurity first mindset to address evolving supply chain threats.
- The ability to “roll up your sleeves” to engage with technical teams but also the ability to translate technical into easy-to-understand concepts the business can understand.
- Understanding of control frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc. and how controls can be utilized to reduce third-party supplier risk.
- Relevant technical acumen in supporting supply chain and business continuity/resiliency.
- Prior experience being a supply chain champion and driving cybersecurity supply chain awareness.
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience. Master’s degree in relevant business or technology preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Third Party Risk, Supply Chain Operations and Risk Management (Manufacturing industry preferred)
