Job Description

Appcast is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Associate Premium Account Manager to operate in an account management supportive role. They will be responsible for performing tasks with the Appcast Premium software solution, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support to the Account Management team. 

 Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate data to Account Managers regarding their requests
• Keep up to date with product enhancements, changes, or glitches
• Investigate bugs and technical issues, then work with our Product team to resolve
• Build campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform
• Provide direct and reactive support to a segment of Premium accounts
• Support the Account Management team and it’s customers for various needs and tasks

Qualifications

• Has experience in customer service or account management
• Is tech savvy and has a background in software sales or software management
• Has a bottomless well of understanding and patience
• Strong attention to detail, is extremely organized, and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills
• Has a passion for problem-solving
• Is keen on working in a startup environment, where processes and products are constantly changing and evolving
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner
• Desires to become knowledgeable about the Appcast products and continue learning our account management methodology
