Description
Job Title: Assistant Nursing Home Administrator
Location: Stonebridge Maryland Heights
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Nursing Home Administrator in managing the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with the nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrative team to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in managing the daily operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure they are providing high-quality care to residents
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate medical care
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided to residents
- Provide support to residents and their families as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of medical professionals and administrative staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
