Job Description

The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing duties related to cleaning and general maintenance for offices, break rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of work area and the neat appearance of the facility
• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and garbage containers
• Wipe down all the tables and counters
• Daily oversight of the restroom cleanliness
• Notify manager of products required
• Complete cleaning-related projects
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other duties may be assigned as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Janitorial cleaning and general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate routine information
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• "Safety first" oriented mindset required
