If you’re ready to shape products that make everyday finances effortless, read on.</p> <strong><span>Basic Information</span></strong> <p>We’re an ambitious start-up backed by experienced local and international stakeholders, and we’re looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to take ownership of our core products offering.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role where you'll drive product vision and execution, working closely with leadership, tech, and business teams to shape and evolve our digital value proposition.</p> <p>You’ll be leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, bringing clarity and focus to a growing product function. Your ability to blend business context, user insights, and technical awareness will be key in delivering high-quality features that move the needle.</p> <strong><span>Responsibilities</span></strong> <ul> <li>Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritized backlogs</li> <li>Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the development team</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, design, marketing, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product delivery</li> <li>Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvements</li> <li>Monitor and analyze product performance, metrics, and user feedback to inform decisions</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation</li> <li>Ensure effective communication of product goals, updates, and progress across the organization</li> <li>Champion best practices in product development and agile processes</li> </ul> <strong><span>Requirements</span></strong> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years </strong>of experience in Product Management or related roles (e.g. Product Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.)</li> <li>Fluency in English (written &amp; spoken)</li> <li>Proven experience working on digital products, ideally within fintech, digital commerce, or SaaS</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, metrics, and A/B testing to drive decisions</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Able to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution</li> <li>Familiar with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle</li> <li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Familiarity with Jira &amp; Confluence</li> </ul>
