Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Define/consolidate the overall roadmap including critical path across all teams.

☁️ Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables and outcomes.

☁️  Support stream leads with regard to the creation and maintenance of a roadmap (program/platform, decoupling, technical, implementation).

☁️ Identify and evaluate all dependencies across the program (within the platform, external, implementation.

☁️ Risks, likelihood, impact and mitigations.

☁️ Issues, impact and mitigations.

☁️ Follow-up end-to-end roadmap including critical path across all teams (in particular platform, decoupling & country implementation).

☁️ Proactively ensure there is core lead alignment regarding scope, roadmap, status, team, risks, issues, and dependencies.

☁️ Act as the first point of contact with regard to escalations.

☁️ Crystallise overall program status and report to stakeholders.

☁️ Define, consolidate & follow up on key criteria metrics (i.e. Story Point tracking, Closure trend on story scope, number of defects per phase, technical debt,...).

☁️ Plans and leads program delivery-related meetings as per the agreed format.

☁️ Identify program-level decisions, ensure options & recommendations are defined and the governance framework is followed.

☁️ Support Program leader in defining and managing overall program governance.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ Fluent in English and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.

⭐️ Minimum 5 years in Project Management.

⭐️ A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.

⭐️ Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc.

⭐️ Solid business & IT flows understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.

⭐️ Experience in Jira & Confluence.

⭐️Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies.

⭐️ Understanding or experience in RTE (release train engineer).
