We are looking for ded... 1 Process Improvement Senior Specialist (m/f/d)<br> Full-time&nbsp;&nbsp;40 hours per week&nbsp;&nbsp;Vienna Headquarters, Austria <br><br>Your contribution will be<br> * Continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments<br> * Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)<br> * Coordinating FOUR PAWS process improvement roadmap and manage the portfolio of process initiatives<br> * Driving the digitalisation and automation of processes workflows to optimise process execution<br> * Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives<br> * Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams<br> * Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency<br> * Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance<br><br>Your profile ideally illustrates<br> * Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement methodologies using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)<br> * Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with automation and data tools e.g. Microsoft Power BI is an advantage<br> * Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen<br> * Ability to design, standardize, and monitor KPIs to ensure long-term process efficiency and operational excellence<br> * Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results<br> * High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams<br> * Excellent English and strong communication skills<br> * Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission<br><br>Our offer includes<br> * The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfare<br> * A multinational team<br> * Flexible working times with the option of partial remote work<br> * A dog-friendly workplace with a dynamic and pleasant work environment<br> * Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives<br> * Wiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary period<br> * PAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year on top of your 25 days of annual leave<br> * Birthday leave: extra day off to use around your birthday<br> * The yearly gross salary range for this position is 48,000 - 60,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme<br><br>We reveal, rescue and protect unique animals from many different species through systems change and by creating species-appropriate environments at our sanctuaries! <br><br>All interested individuals are invited to submit their applications for the position.
