The Vice President of Provider Relations and Recruitment is a key member of the St. Joseph's Health leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and execution of provider recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. This role ensures alignment between the health system’s clinical needs, growth strategies, and provider workforce planning. The Vice President will foster strong relations with clinicians to enhance provider satisfaction, improve recruitment outcomes, and support a culture that reflects the organization’s mission, vision and values.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or closely related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in physician/provider recruitment, relations or medical group administration.
Proven success in developing and executing provider recruitment and engagement strategies in a health system or large medical group setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
