What You’ll Do

• Lead Food Operations: Ensure food safety, team certification (ServSafe), and top-quality execution
• Grow Sales & Teams: Build guest loyalty and develop high-performing team members
• Manage Inventory: Execute vendor relationships, ordering, and margin protection
• Deliver Excellence: Support store operations and brand standards with store leadership

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in food service or retail management
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work an active, hands-on shift (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Comfort with technology and understanding of business metrics
• Willingness to travel to La Plata, MD for training
