If you’re passionate about joining a purpose driven community that is dedicated to build an ambitious and diverse work environment, join eBay Kleinanzeigen.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>At Kleinanzeigen, we are on a mission to bring the joy of sustainable trade to everyone by enabling our organisation to deliver a reliable user experience and iterate fast.</p><p>As we transition and evolve, we are seeking an experienced <strong>Agile Coach &amp; Change Agent</strong> <strong>(d/f/m) </strong>who can harness the best of program &amp; project management, change management, and agile practices to drive end-to-end value within our business-facing unit, propelling Adevinta to the next level.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>In this role, you will mainly dedicate your time to the business unit, joining a team of 7 dedicated Agile Coaches and collaborating with a broader network of Agile coaching and change practitioners within Adevinta, fostering a supportive and empowering community of practice.</p><p><strong>You are the right person for this role if you:</strong></p><ul><li>Thrive in ambiguous situations, staying calm and structured even when faced with uncertainty.</li><li>Are eager to experiment, learn, and continuously improve on your journey, embracing a growth mindset.</li><li>Challenge the status quo respectfully, fostering open dialogue and driving positive change.</li><li>Navigate confidently in a multicultural environment, bridging cultural boundaries with ease and sensitivity.</li></ul><p><strong>As an Agile Coach &amp; Change Agent, you will:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Primarily focus on one business unit, dedicating most of your time to driving end-to-end value for our business-facing customers and collaborating closely to enable a successful transition that takes Adevinta to new heights.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and teach individuals, teams, and the entire organisation to succeed in a constantly evolving environment, delivering value towards company objectives and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Drive transformation by integrating program &amp; project management, change management, and agile practices, leveraging the best of each approach to enhance the organisation's adaptability and effectiveness.</li><li>Embody leadership and expertise in Agile values and principles, facilitating meaningful interactions and enhancing the organisation's capacity to navigate risk and uncertainty confidently.</li><li>Enable teams and individuals to create sustainable impact and value by focusing on fixing issues, not people, and fostering a healthy work pace.</li><li>Lead and provide Agile expertise and materials to teams and individuals across the organisation, promoting Agile thinking and practices for self-driven success.</li><li>Facilitate impactful interactions that increase the organization's capacity to adopt and manage risk and uncertainty, offering personal and group coaching with a systemic approach.</li><li>Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and principles of "Start where you are" and "Stop starting, Start finishing", empowering teams to achieve their full potential through self-organization and autonomy.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Min. 4-5 years of professional experience in an agile environment at a fast-growing and evolving organisation, with a solid background in program &amp; project management and change management.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods (OKR, Scrum, Kanban) and excellent facilitation skills (remote, hybrid, onsite).</li><li>Strong organisational development and change management skills, with experience driving transformation at the enterprise level.</li><li>Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, monday.com etc.).</li><li>Passion for helping teams achieve high performance and creating a positive work environment.</li><li>Experience coaching cross-functional teams and adapting your approach based on feedback, context, and situation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.</li><li>Proficient in English; German is a plus.</li></ul><p>Join Kleinanzeigen and make a lasting impact by empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and shaping
