THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations across Bellagio's Quick Service Restaurants, setting the stage for exceptional guest experiences with your welcoming smile and attentive service. Indulge guests in the vibrant atmosphere of our restaurants making it the perfect stop for satisfying meals at any hour. Whether it's enjoying breakfast pastries with freshly brewed coffee or treating yourself to rich gelato and delightful souvenirs crafted by our talented pastry chefs, you'll create unforgettable WOW memories that guests will cherish long after their visit.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests, coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance

• Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained by service staff as well as manage activities; means of access and egress, to ensure complete compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations

• Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

• Assist in seasonal menu changes and holiday menu changes

• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing

• Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation

• Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly

• Direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment

• 2+ years of experience in similar dining environment
