The Role:
Maintain all regional ERP customer master and pricing data for the North & Latin American operations. Collaborate with global pricing management and regional decision makers to execute the pricing strategy and local initiatives. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain customer master profiles. Work with Business Unit and global leaders, regional stakeholders and customers to ensure the North & Latin America data integrity and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP and CRM data management systems; SAP and SalesForce preferred. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, V-look up, and formulas. Proven ability to compile, analyze and concisely present data. A strong customer focus and desire to work with culturally diverse team members and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all regional pricing inclusive of product price structure, list price exceptions, discount exceptions, customer hierarchy, sales agreements, loyalty programs, etc.
- Create, modify and control freight pricing tables and customer exclusion lists
- Monitor price agreement expiration dates and drive actions that ensure timely renewal
- Maintain and control all customer master profiles; validate SalesForce prospect data, collaborate with new and existing customers and internal stakeholders
- Interpret client needs, extract, compile and present pricing catalogs, sales history reports, etc.
- Ownership of data integrity and compliance requirements within scope i.e., Price Delegation Matrix, SARBOX Controls, 3rd party screening, record retention, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Associates Degree with 3-5 years’ experience or Bachelors Degree with 0-2 years’ experience
- Detail-oriented with superior data entry accuracy
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to take direction and not be distracted by stakeholder influence
- Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret client needs
- Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork and collaboration
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Work Arrangement : Remote
Pay Range: $23.70 - $32.08 per hour
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
