The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $325,000 and $400,000 per year*

Role & Responsibilities

To work as a part of the Global Client Account Management within the Senior Relationship Management function to manage a set of Institutional Asset Management clients.

The specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

 

  • Client Coverage
    • Manage a portfolio of Institutional Investor Clients, that may include Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds and that is aligned with sales and product objectives
    • Serve as a key point of senior connectivity, partnership and engagement with the above
    • Work in alignment with the Sales and Product organization

       
  • Preferred Experience
    • Greater than 15 years of experience in Global Markets product and services
    • A strong and proven track record in Sales or Relationship Management Background
    • Significant relationships with key Asset Manager, Hedge Fund, Pension Fund or Insurance names that may be within the current Nomura portfolio OR with clients that are aligned with Nomura’s capabilities and strengths
    • A strong working knowledge of financial and non-financial risks that need to be managed and monitored by the Banks and Broker/Dealers  

 

 

 

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
