About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Lending Operations (CIBLO). This role will support a high-volume Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing portfolio. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the life of the loan servicing for a complex commercial real estate construction loan portfolio
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Resolve moderately complex issues, complete loan requests, projects, and process deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the transactionand Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
- Work closely with both origination and central analysts in the preparation of loan approval documents
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Commercial Real Estate Operations Experience
- Wholesale Lending experience
- Residential and commercial appraisal experience
- Loan IQ (LIQ) experience
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documents
- Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovation lending
- Commercial loan documentation, preparation or review experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while managing competing priorities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in office at posted location for a minimum of three days per week
