Working at the intersection of global product marketing, sales, and customer success, this role ensures strong market impact across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. From capturing customer insights to driving adoption and revenue, it’s a high-impact role at the heart of Quadient’s digital transformation.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Gather regional market, competitive, and customer insights; represent the region in global product meetings; contribute to strategic planning.</p></li><li><p>Lead solution launches and lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and GTM execution.</p></li><li><p>Drive marketing plans and DemandGen campaigns with regional input and portfolio expertise.</p></li><li><p>Support sales with performance analysis, pricing decisions, sales tools, and enablement content.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS or Finance Automation marketing.</p></li><li><p>Proven success in go-to-market execution and demand generation; ERP or e-invoicing background is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in Salesforce and Office tools.</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><span><span>Knowledge gaps can be filled.
